Our Founder

Felicia Lewis is the Founder/Executive Director of Empowered Girls, Inc., a Non-Profit organization that has helped young girls (ages 9-18) in four areas of life: (1) Life Skills (2) Education (3) Health and Wellness and (4) Community Service and Projects. Since founding the Non-Profit in 2019, Felicia has developed a program that has, to date, directly served over 50 girls in Central Florida. In addition, Felicia has been instrumental in developing partnerships with various community and educational entities, including City of Orlando Families, Parks and Recreation and Olympia High School.

For over thirty years Felicia Lewis’ career has been firmly rooted within the financial banking industry. The past nineteen of which have been with Regions Bank, in the role of Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. Felicia’s genuine care and concern for her clients, in addition to her exceptional financial business acumen, has allowed her to build and maintain solid relationships both internally within Regions Bank and externally within her community.

Felicia’s noteworthy success, both professionally and personally, can be attributed to her parents and her faith. They have been pillars of strength and an integral influence that have shaped all aspects of her life, and continue to do so today, always encouraging her to strive for and accomplish her goals. Felicia is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where she obtained both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration. In her leisure time, Felicia, enjoys exercising, traveling, reading and most of all, spending time with her family and her extended Empowered Girls family.
